Caroline has worked as an EP for over 12 years, after qualifying from the Doctoral training in 2009. Caroline has spent time working in various Local Authorities, including Lancashire, Blackburn with Darwen, North Yorkshire and Calderdale. As well as working generically, Caroline has also held a specialist role in Early Years. Caroline currently works at Oldham Educational and Child Psychology Service, alongside her associate role in Circle Psychology.

Caroline has also undertaken work for the Department of Education.
